A small multi-family residential building, was recently designed in the center of Sofia, in the Lozenets neighborhood. It consists of two mirrored parts, united in a common composition. Conceived and executed in the spirit of modern architectural trends, the building brings a new, modern look to the neighborhood. The apartments on the main residential floors are developed in three configurations, oriented appropriately with their most representative areas in a southern direction. All have a common living room, dining room and kitchen, some with one bedroom and others with two. The penthouses on the top floor are different. On the first level are located the living room and one bedroom, next to the service rooms and bathroom, and on the second level are the second bedrooms of the apartments with access to large luxury terraces.
