JAPAN 2015 – 02 Yokohama

2015.10.04 Yokohama The day is Sunday and fortunately we will have a local guide for our walk in Yokohama. Michaela, whose name the Japanese can't pronounce at all because the letter L doesn't appear in their language at all, and has lived in Japan for 15 years (the lady on the right in the photo) and says she would not return; women love orderly and predictable things, and Japan to a large extent today is just that - orderly and predictable; I must be annoying her terribly with my questions, for which I obediently apologize.

25.08.2014 Bodo–Hamaroy and more Norway is recognizable along its entire 3,500-kilometer coastline, from Oslo to Kirkenes. Perhaps not so dramatic in places, more peaty in others, glacial in others.

24.08.2014 Lofoten Nikolai has woken before me, a warm coffee awaits me, and the view, as you can guess, is mind-boggling. Not only that, but coming out of the "bungalow", I find myself in the company of these three gorgeous feathered creatures: It only affirms my sincere love and interest in birds, and these three in particular had absolutely nothing against the proximity of my lens.

21.08.2014 Senja Happily awoke at a lay-by on the island of Kvaløya. We make a quick tour to the village, which we toured last night in the dark, lest we miss something. The village is called Sommarøy and, as its name may suggest, is statistically one of the warmest places in the area.
